1. Purchase Options

  • One-Time Purchase: All orders are processed as a one-time purchase.

  • No Subscriptions: We do not offer monthly subscriptions or auto-billing. You will only be charged for what you manually add to your cart and checkout.

  • Secure Checkout: All payments are processed through secure gateways (SSL Encrypted).

2. Order Cancellation

  • Window for Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel, please email us immediately at info@veltorasupplies.com with your Order Number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST".

  • Processed Orders: Once an order has been fulfilled/shipped (usually after 12-24 hours), we cannot cancel the order. In this case, you will need to follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.

3. Refunds on Cancellation

  • If your cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
